Phil R. Peter is Ocean Atlantic’s Corporate Controller. He is based in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Ocean Atlantic, Mr. Peter was a Corporate Manager for the Lufthansa Service Group based in Irving, Texas. His responsibilities included a portfolio of accounts with 50 U.S. and six international locations. He has over 20 years of business management and contract management experience. Before their merger, Mr. Peter was a Controller for the Marriott Corporation in Rochester, New York.

Mr. Peter received his B.S. in Business with a major in Accounting/Tax from Regents College in Albany, New York and his MBA with a specialization in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University.
