Michael J. Ferraguto, Jr. Michael J. Ferraguto is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Ocean Atlantic. He has successfully managed more than $15 billion in real estate projects throughout the U.S., Canada, France, Belgium, and Germany during his 35-year career. He is based in Washington, DC. Prior to founding Ocean Atlantic in 1982, Mr. Ferraguto was the Washington, DC partner of the Anden Group, a California-based homebuilder with operations in California, Washington, DC, Chicago and France. Prior to joining the Anden Group, he served as National Director of Land Development for K.B. Home Corporation (previously Kaufman & Broad, NYSE: “KBH”) in Los Angeles, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for K.B.’s Illinois division; during his tenure with the company, Mr. Ferraguto oversaw the development of over 30,000 homes comprised of thousands of acres. He provided general consultation and assistance to all K.B. divisions, including 69 communities in 49 cities throughout the United States, Canada, France, Belgium and Germany. K.B. Homes is one of the largest publicly traded homebuilders in the world. A 1973 graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in economics, Michael resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
