Available Land Westbury will feature a variety of homes including single-family homes; luxury, conventional and courtyard townhomes; and single-family ranch and villa homes for the active adult. Ocean Atlantic itself will not build on any of the residential lots, which are available for purchase immediately by qualified homebuilders. Lots are sold as pods, which have been designed for a particular product type and price point to ensure each builder their potential market share and profit margin. At Westbury, Ocean Atlantic currently has the first 12 residential pods available for sale in the South and East Villages.
